Trust in me and I will calm your demons,
Believe in me and I will heal your pain,
Take my hand and I will teach you to fly,
My wolf has wings, it can carry us both
when you are not at your best.
For your voice calms my storm,
your eyes enchants my heart,
and your touch sears my soul.
Good times or bad, I will be your shelter
from the storm,
as you are mine.
Trust me, believe in me, together our
storms rage as one.
Together, there is nothing we can't do.

The Blood is the Life (open random starter)
//Old writings....
// OPEN RANDOM STARTER...ANYONE CAN REPLY..
The Blood is the Life. That was the only
thought that ran through her mind as she slowly came back to consciousness. The
Blood is the Life. Never had there been a more truer sentence or saying.
Without it, there is no life. Not for her, not for anyone.
The first thing she noticed, as she opened
her eyes was the pain. She had a raging headache, that echoed down her spine,
causing her nerves to tingle and flicker in bouts of pain. The next thing she
noticed was that there was blood on her hands. In fact, there was blood
everywhere! On her bed sheets, on her clothes, on the floor, even on her walls.
She could still taste its iron flavor on her tongue and that made her breathing
go from normal breathing to almost strangled gasps. What had happened!? She had
had a normal night, had put her young to bed and went to read, passing out on
the sofa. Now she was in her bed, covered in blood!
Giving a soft groan, she stood and rushed
to the childrens room, giving a soft cry of relief as she saw them still
sleeping, safe and sound. Walking as if in a daze, she headed downstairs and
went to wash her hands in the sink. The water turned pink as the blood washed
off and soon she was filled with a fearful panic as she tried to get it all
off! Wash it away! But the more she washed, the more redder the water became,
the more frantic she became till she was nearly blinded with tears. Turning off
the water, she grabbed the paper-towels and again, frantically tried to wipe
away the blood. Wiping her hands, her face, her clothes till she had used up
the whole roll. Throwing the empty roll away with a cry, she rushed back to her
room and stripped the bed, rushing to wash the sheets and trying to mop up the
blood on the floor.
She didn't realize that the more she
worked, the more blood pooled at her feet and seemed to come from nowhere as it
dripped slowly down the walls of her home. Beyond frightened, she glanced
around, watching her home practically ooze the red rivers, ever room, every
piece of furniture, and through it all, she heard a soft voice whisper "We
come, for you...". The blood rained now from her ceiling, falling over her
and the more she tried to wipe it away, the more it fell, till it was all she
could see, taste, till it was suffocating her. She was drowning! Drowning in
blood!!!
She sat up with a frenzied cry, clutching
her blankets to her chest as she tried to stop the pacing race of her heart.
Gasp upon gasp as she tried to breathe as she glanced around frantically.
Things were fine. There was no blood. She was fine. It had only been a dream.
But that did nothing to still her shivers, nor to cease her silent tears as she
huddled back in bed, waiting for daylight to come chase the terrors away that
resided in the shadows. The Blood....she had not indulged in years, but it was
true, The Blood was the life.

// been sick for two weeks now with stupid sinus cold. Coughing so much my back went out yesterday. That's why I'm not responding...I'm in bed trying not to hack up a lung.
Selek V. T.: Colds and flu only last about a week.
You may need to get checked for an infection or allergy.
My rhinitus, runny nose that clogs when sleeping, has started up due to tree pollen.
Bex: I called the VA and the nurse said as long as the mucus I blow out my nose or hack up is clear, then I'm good and just ride it out. I've been tested so it's not covid, but my sinuses always last two weeks or more.

// the day of his passing happens to fall on Easter this year. I would like to think Ed would have found that tragically funny. 10 years and it isn't any easier. I miss and love you every single day. I miss your smile, I miss our conversations, I miss the way you made me laugh or taught me new things, I miss being able to speak to you and able to reach out and know you were always there, I miss your loving nature and how you made me feel like I was something special to be cherished, I miss our writing together, I miss EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU ED AND I LOVE YOU WITH EVERYTHING I AM! ❤💜❤💜❤💜❤💜❤💜❤💜💜❤
Selek V. T.: It is tragic never funny.
You know only too well what it is like
to be helpless having done all that you could.
I still find memories of what he was
doing with you, of wolf centaur beings.
Bex: yep, cachats. He was going to help
me draw mine. I remember.....
Selek: too many memories at times.
Bex: yea...I know. I just wish when I
remember, it doesn't hurt still.
Aleandro S.: I tell people this in the
real world all the time and it really applies to you two. As long as you carry
on the lessons he taught, his love of life and his memories? He will live forever.
And you guys are doing that as am I.💕
