Garrett Rheagal Peredhil

Rheagal (black wolf) and Armand (White wolf)

Name: Garrett Rheagal Peredhil

Nickname: Little Boss, Fiery Wolf

Called: Rheagal

Species: Elven/Wolf

Does he shift forms: Yes, he shifts into a solid black wolf

Powers: Fire manipulation, Wolf abilities

About:

Rheagal is the Firstborn son of Rebecca Peredhil and Thannor Blasmith. He looks like he is age 6, but is really only a year old. Wolf genetics make him and his siblings grow faster then normal. He is dark of hair and green of eye. He looks almost exactly like his father, but has his mothers eyes. He is the bold one. The fearless one of the triplets. He rushes right into things, often without thinking and it is up to his younger sibling to get him out of trouble. For all his bravery, he is slightly shy at times. He takes a while to warm up to people, but that doesn't stop him from rushing right up to them and 'challenging' them first thing. He is smart, able to recall things or memories at the drop of a hat. He likes to take charge out of three siblings and shows an aptitude for making things. He has a slight sense of humor and likes to pull practical jokes on his family members.

His main focus as he grows older will be weapons training, for as he grows, he will focus that bravado and leadership instincts into the Guard and will rise to be one of its youngest Captains. His skill with the blade will be unmatched in all of Rivendell, and he will go on to train the new or young recruits that wish to join the Guard. He will be good with languages, and able to speak any tongue he studies with ease. Though he chooses the wolf form more now, he will use it less and less as the ideals of being 'human' are called for, except when his wolf abilities will be needed. He will travel many places, and meet many people but home will also be strong within him.

For now, he is a strong, brave, headstrong, opinionated young man who isn't afraid to speak his mind or to tell you what he is thinking. Who loves but in his own way, as he thinks emotions are 'yucky' as any toddler would. He is very careful and considerate of his sister, Allya and loves to make her smile. His brother, Armand and him usually cause the mischief, much to their sisters delight.

"But mom!" *Rheagals young voice called out when his mother told him it was almost time for bed.* "I don't WANT to go to bed!" *He stomped his foot, which made Rebecca want to grin but she remained firm. It was late, and her children had had a full day.*

Don't talk back, young man. It's bedtime, and with it, you will get a story if you behave. Come, help me put Armand and Allya to bed too. Momma could use her Little Mans help. *She appealed to the title he called himself. He was her helper, usually, and would do anything for his siblings, especially Allya, but as of right now, he was being stubborn, and actually growling at her in his pent up little anger. Usually, that would be cute, but not now. It was to late for such a bout of temper. For a moment, she thought he would refuse to help her until he sighed and walked past her in a huff*

"Fine, but I want a GOOD story!" *He said in his little way that made Rebeccas lips twist up in a smile as she followed him into the bedroom he shared with his siblings.*

A good story huh? *she tucked each one into their beds and kissed their foreheads, settling down in a nearby rocker.* What type of story then? Hmmm?

"An adventure!" *Shouted Rheagal*

"A story about us!" *Armand said softly but excitedly*

"A story with a happy ending..." Allya whispered softly.

*Rebecca took a moment to think and then nodded slightly.* Alright, I have just the one, but settle down in your beds and get comfy. *she said as she began to rock gently in the chair. When they all said they were ready, she sighed softly and began.*

Long time ago, when the world was new, there were three children who ran wild under the suns bright rays. Two Princes and a Princess. Their names were Argos, Rhinem, and Agazi. Beautiful and brave were they, and yet unhappy since their parents were gone most of the time to tend the Earth upon which they resided over.

Argos, the shy quiet one, could call any animal he desired to him, and make a friend.

Agazi, had control of the land and could make things grow and so beautiful.

and Rhimem, could control the elements. Make it rain or snow or hot to his hearts content.

For all their gifts, they were lonely and so set out across the sky to find a place to call their own. They met many people, and had many adventures, which I will tell you later, but know that in the end, they found the home, the place they belonged and became gods and goddess in their own right and ruled as good kings and queens in the sky.

*she paused and looked over at each of her children and smiled when she saw each were asleep. Standing, she kissed each one once more before leaving the room.* Good night my Angels. Mommy loves you.

I am the wolf, that runs through the woods, over hill and yarn.

I am the ghost that lives in the hollers, trees and darns.

I am the wolf, with eyes of green, of teeth sharp for the bite,

I am the wolf filled with curiosity, but also malice and spite.

Look not to my eyes, least you see what you fear,

for I am the silent death!

Look not with your heart, if you have any fear,

for I will take your soul as I left.

I crave to be wild and free, forever always to roam,

but deep inside, I also crave, the warmth and comfort of home.

So glance not my way, when I pass by, listen not to the wailing of wolves.

It is not for you to roam in my world, unless you are brave and strong.

For here only darkness and shadows remain,

long after the ones loved are gone.

To my enemies.

Do you want breath of life?

Come not to me!

I am your living strife!

I am the death of your destiny.

You who did me wrong

I do not forget.

It is not buried in song

But will live in your regret.

I will never help again,

No matter how deep your woe,

So sing a new refrain

And away you go!

I do poems like this often but I don't know if there is a market for them.

Rebecca Butler

That was really good and of course there is a market for them. I published the ones I wrote in rp.

Becca full backstory

Rebecca Aya Perdehil-Romain, was the eldest child born to Lord Elrond of Rivendell and a hybrid elf, Elenna Romain. Her tale isn’t as happy as her siblings, but it is hers just the same. Rebecca was born in the human world after her mother had fled the Elven world when she learned of her impending birth. Elenna had been the daughter of a high born unknown elf, and as such had been promised to another when she was very young, but her heart always belonged to Elrond. From the day the two had met, they were in love with each other. Elrond, being in line for the Lordship, one day, was also promised to another, but they somehow found time to be together. They grew up together, and with it, their love bloomed. That was one of the only happy memories Elenna ever had, for after finding out she was pregnant, she fled Imlardis, never to return. She fled to spare Elrond the scandal and raised her child in secret.  Though she was certain, given what her child was mixed with, there would be those who would seek to use Rebecca, once she grew older, as a weapon, or a means to an end, so for the first seven years of Rebeccas life, she was raised on a small farm, in secret.  Those seven years past by in a flash.

When Rebecca turned eight, her mother ‘sold’ her into training. Thinking that if her young one knew how to protect herself, it would help her. Training at first wasn’t so bad. The first “Master” Rebecca had taught her how to defend herself, how to go about unseen, how to fight. He was the nicer of the later Masters she would come to have. She stayed with this Master for four years, and when she was 12, she was ‘sold’ to another. This Master was cruel, sadistic and spiteful. He ruled not by kindness as the first one had, but by the whip and his fists. He taught Rebecca the arts of torture, of the vile acts of taking life. When Rebecca sought to defy him, he sought to break her! He would go into a rage and beat her senseless, or he would throw her into a dark pitlike hole and starve her, or he would force her hand by grabbing hers in his own hand and making her do as he commanded. He paid no mind to her please, or to the ones they tortured for his training, and constantly berated her. Saying that she was weak and he would beat the humanity out of her if he had too. All this, her mother saw and pretended to be oblivious too. Thinking that this training would be needed to keep her daughter strong, and Rebecca, seeing no help in her own mother, began to withdraw. She learned to gauge her “Masters” moods by just the sound of his footsteps, she began to watch constantly for she never knew when he would be in a good mood or a bad one, and bad moods meant punishment for her even if she didn’t do anything wrong. She learned much more then what he had sought out to teach her. She was again sold to another Master when she turned 16 and there the training only got worse. She had also reached her full adult height by this age and had her first shift into wolf as well. She thought she was going crazy when that happened! She had displeased her Master and he had been beating her and yelling at her and her anger had just exploded till she shifted and literally ripped his hand that held the whip from his arm! She had been sent home to her mother then, to recuperate but the damage had already been done. She stayed with her mother till she was 20. The day after she turned 20, her mother was murdered. Finding herself alone for the first time, Rebecca had a near panic attack. She was not used to being alone, and though there had been little love between them, Elenna had still been her mother. the only link she had to who she was. Set adrift, she roamed, from town to town, seeking out any sort of work she could do to make a living, trying to put her horrible past behind her.

It was there, she first met Luther. A tall, skinny, annoying man who never seemed to leave her alone from the second they had spotted each other in a bookstore. Luther made her feel things...things she wasn’t to certain she wanted to feel. She knew what anger was, what hate was but she had never truly felt love and it frightened her.  Luther was kind, gentle, and he seemed to understand her need for space and time. He was very attentive and seemed really interested in the shy, angry, timid yet bright young woman she had become. He saw something in her that she didn’t even see herself, and taught her, slowly, how to live another way. That life didn’t have to be a fight all the time, that people could honestly be good and not wanting something from her for being nice to her. Slowly, the more time they spent together, she slowly began to come out of her shell. The scars of her past were hard to overcome, and she still fights with them from time to time, but Luther was the one who set her feet upon the path of light. She slowly fell for him, telling him all of her secrets and desires, and for the first time felt like someone was actually listening to her. Things seemed to be going well, for the first time in her life. But all that changed one night. Luther had been headed home, from his job in town and was late in getting home. Rebecca had decided to go for a walk and during this time, Luther had returned home and was home alone. The very thing that Elenna had thought to shield her daughter from in the beginning came back with a vengeance that night. Four men, sent by one of her former Masters, had entered her house, demanding to know where she was, and Luther refused to tell them. When they saw that they would get nothing out of the human, they beat him up and left him for dead, leaving before Rebecca returned. When she finally got home from her walk, she knew something was wrong. She could smell the blood and ran towards the house, heart pumping in panic and that is where she found Luther. Laying upon the floor of their home, bleeding out from a deep wound to his side. She cradled him gently to her, and he was able to gasp out what had happened. Tears falling, she held him and tried to save him, but his wound was to great and with a tender caress to her cheek, and a softly whispered “I love you.”, he died...right there in her arms. To say her pain was great was an understatement. This was the first time she had actually loved someone, and to have them taken was almost to much. She gently laid him on the sofa, and as she left the house, she knocked over an oil lamp which in turn set the whole house on fire, consuming everything she had known and loved. She felt herself withdrawing back into that space inside her where nothing hurt, and felt the rage build as she stood there and watched her home, her heart, burn.

It took some time, but one by one, she tracked those men who had dared hurt her loved one, and slowly, efficiently, killed them. She left the Master who sent them for last, so he would know she was coming for him. But when she killed him, it didn’t take away the pain like she had hoped it would. It only made her feel that much worse. Not able to take her emotions nor understanding them, she fled into the woods, shifting as she ran. For many years after, she lived with a wolf pack. She was always sneaking away to shift back to human so she wouldn’t be stuck as a wolf forever, but she stayed with the same pack for many years, never aging for by this time, she had stopped aging. She was regarded as a high member of the pack, but always treated a little differently, as if the wolves knew she wasn’t real wolf. For years, she hunted, ran with and helped raise the pack pups but always something felt missing. One day, while she was sitting near the creek, she heard a whisper upon the wind and she cocked her head to the side to listen. “Remember who you are...” It seemed to say. “Go to your father. He will protect you.” It reminded her of something her mother had once said to her when she was young. That she had a father in another realm and should she ever find herself alone, to find him. she wasn’t sure how she would go about doing that, but one day, she simply stood up, stretched and walked away from the pack, never looking back.

It took a few years of searching, following up every lead, chasing down every whisper, but finally, she found herself at the gates of Rivendell. The place her mother had fled with her unborn child some 2000 years before. She didn’t know what to think as she stood staring at the magnificence that was her home. Raising her head high, she continued down the path till she was met by elves along the way who asked her who she was and what her business was there. When told she there to see Lord Elrond, they brought her to him at once, and when she first saw her Ada, it was like...an emotion for which there was no words. She knew him...by sight, by scent, and by the sudden frantic beating her in her heart. And yet, she was distrustful. All she knew of family was what she had learned at the hands of her mother. Elrond was surprised to say the least to find out he had a daughter, but there was no denying it for she had Elennas build yet had Elronds eyes. She was welcomed into the fold and met her siblings. She was surprised to find out she had siblings and didn’t know how to act around them at first. Melissa/Ari, Roh, Xandria, Lucy, and Dan. They were patient with her, taught her the ropes so to speak and over time, she slowly opened up to them. It was a long hard road, as she was used to the ways of the wilds, and didn’t trust people at first but with time and love, she bloomed into the gentle, trusting, forgiving creature she is now. Though her and her siblings antics are sure to have given her Ada grey hairs, she had found her place, where she belonged and for the first time in a long time, she was happy.

Years passed, and she met many people, had many adventures but the biggest one so far is being a mother to triplets. The babes keep her one her toes and she loves them so much. Allya, Rhaegal, and Armand. The jewels of her life.  She has found her place once more, in an ever growing family and has found that small measure of peace, we all seek but few ever rarely find.

The world turned, and it turned again, and once more Rebecca was set adrift once again. But this time, she knew how to stay alive, how to stay true to herself and never again would she become the angry creature she was before. She was alone, but she knew herself and that is all that mattered.

Her babes had grown much over the last couple of weeks. No longer where they wee babes learning the art of the crawl or mastering the simple words with which to speak. Now they were toddlers and were into everything!

The boys had regular control over their shifts now, and could phase from wolf to human fairly easily. Though they had mastered their shifts, they still preferred their wolf form and would often be found wrestling together or sleeping curled up with one another.

Rhaegal had thannors temperament, and his mothers control, so that easily balanced out the other. He usually just charged right into the frey without thinking and had to depend on his brother, Armand, to get him out. Bold, Daring, and a born fighter, he was quite a handful for his mother. Who doted and loved him deeply. Though used to getting most of the attention, he had since learned that even though his mother might fawn and dote on her other kids, it did not mean she loved him less. A lesson he had to learn since there were two others who shared in his mothers affections. He was the undisputed leader of the group, for now, and always engaged in play or wrestling matches with his brother. His sister, he was very gentle with for he knew she didn't shift and would often be seen laying by her side, or knocking over blocks to hear her squeal. He adored his sister and it clearly showed.

Armand was the softer of the two boys. Pale of fur, hair and eye, he was the thinker of the group. Whereas Rhaegal would rush in, Armand would assess the situation and then make a move. Oftentimes getting his elder brother out of trouble. He was gentle and didn't make a lot of fuss, knowing his Mother loved and cared for him as much as his siblings. He could often be found playing gently with Allya, or wrestling with his brother, anything to keep Rhaegal out of trouble. He was the peacekeeper of the group. Settling 'disputes' between siblings even before his mother had time to realize there was an issue. His soft barks and gentle licks made Allya laugh, which was a sound he adored and his cool demeanor helped steady Rhaegal. Rebecca was sure he would grow up to be a great scholar one day.

Allya was the only girl and as such was spoiled and loved on by her mother. She was pure elf, unable to shift as her two brothers could do. Though it appeared that gene had missed her, Rebecca was sure there was some hidden talents in her daughter that would make itself known in due time. Always smiling, always happy, Allya was the heart and soul of the group. She loved her brothers deeply, even when they disagreed and would often enjoy playing with them. She even learned how to wrestle with Armand and squealed when he let her win from time to time. She adored her brothers, and loved it that they were in wolf form for she loved to pet or pull at their fur. She could often be found, sleeping between the two of them, in a wolfy/child pile. Smart, fearless, she was as every bit as spunky as her brothers and gave as good as she got.

*Sleep claimed her early that night. After the long day of errands and running everywhere to get things done, it took it's toll on her, as well as spending time with her wee ones, which she delighted in. It was an early day, early to rise and it had caught up with her as she relaxed, reading by the fires light. Her eyes slid shut and soon she was off in dreamland.

Her eyes opened and she looked up into the sky, knowing she was in a dream as her house had faded away and she rested in a soft bed of grass with the stars shining brightly up before her, the moon full in all of it's glory. She stood, her eyes darting around until they came to rest on a pure white wolf. It was radiant in the bright moonlight, not a hint of imperfection to it as it raised its white opaque eyes to hers. She felt a trimmer go through her, knowing that this was a Spirit Being, and to stand in ones presence was considered an honor, for they only came as guides. She had always known the wolf was her Spirit Guide, but for it to present itself to her, fully, was breathtaking and for a moment, even in the dream, she couldn't breathe.

The wolf looked at her and then turned and started to walk down a worn deer trail, headed into the woods and Rebecca knew, somehow that it wanted her to follow her. Being in human form, it was slow going but the wolf was patient, and took its time. It led her through a thicket, down a hill and up another slight rise before it came to a stop just at the tree line at the crest of another hill. There it stopped and looked at Rebecca who had caught up and turned its muzzle towards the meadow.

Rebecca turned to see what the Spirit wolf was looking at and felt her heart catch in her throat. There, standing in the meadow, in the brightness of the full moon, was Remus, in were form. She glanced once at the White Wolf at her side and stepped out into the clearing, cresting the treeline and stepping into the moonlight herself. Were or Human, she would never fear him. Though she worried, worried of the research she had been doing, whether it would work or not, she would never fear him....never. She stood still as he turned pale yellow eyes towards her and seemed to sniff the air, giving a light growl. Back straight, she slowly took a step, then two, towards him, raising her hand slowly as she went. She walked boldly towards him, hand outstretched, and it was then she heard a soft voice whisper in her mind. So soft and gentle at its intrusion.

"Call his name, young one. Call to him."

So insistent was the voice, that she wet her lips as she continued to step towards him, hand outstretched, eyes locked on his yellow orbs.*

Remus....Remus, you know me. *she said gently, yet clearly, never once stopping till she had reached him* Remus...I love you. *she raised her hand and for a moment, time seemed to stop as he lowered his muzzle gently into her hand, allowing her to touch him. Her smile was radiant as she gazed at him.* I knew it was you....*she said softly, leaning down to kiss his forehead* I knew you heard me....

*Her voice wavered and echoed as the vision went dark, and she felt as if she were falling, until she sat up with a soft gasp. She was awake, back home. But she remembered the dream and cast her gaze out to the moon and smiled. She didn't have to fear its coming...and neither did Remus. Things would be alright. The dream had all but confirmed it for her, now all they had to do was wait.*

*Chores around the Cabin seemed never ending. With two wolf pups running around and into everything, and a wee girl who grew more and more each day, things were at times, chaotic, but she wouldn't have it any other way.

Rhaegal liked to chew on the wooden chairs in the dining hall, which Rebecca firmly had to constantly tell him "No!" over and over each day. He seemed to have 'puppy selective hearing' and if he didn't soon start minding, Rebecca would soon take wolf form to show her wee ones that she too, was wolf, and Alpha in this house. Don't get her wrong, Rhaegal was a good boy, he was just headstrong and stubborn, both he got from his mother, and Rebecca couldn't help but chuckle over his antics when he got caught doing something he knew he wasn't supposed to.

Armand was more behaved. Out of the two boys, he was the quite one, the one who listened better. When Rebecca said "No!", he would stop instantly what he was doing and come over to her to lick and cuddle, as if seeking her approval, and when she would pick him up, he would wiggle an try to lick her face, barking happily. He was the 'smart' one of the two boys. Where Rhaegal would charge into something, Armand wold wait, and then go 'save' his brother from whatever he had gotten himself into. They made a cute pair, the white and black wolf.

Allya, was clever and was a happy little girl. She had mastered the crawl a few days ago, and was so proud of herself. Rebecca praised her and covered her in kisses, which made her laugh and squeal. Rebecca loved that laugh....but today, she did something Rebecca was not prepared for or ready for. As Rebecca was cleaning up a bit, she walked past Allya, who was sitting on the furs by the fire, playing with some blocks. She was mumbling to herself in that baby way of hers, but as her Mother passed by she looked up, smiled and let out a very clear and very loud "MA!"  Rebecca nearly tripped, hearing her daughter speak for the first time. It was to soon! But she had said it, clear as day. Turning back and going to sit beside her daughter, Rebecca smiled, curious if she heard what she thought she had and Allya, seeing the smile on her mothers face, cooed and said it again*

(Allya) MA! *she giggled, nomming her hand* Ma...Ma....Ma...*over and over she said the word, watching her Mothers expression.

Rebecca was floored, she didn't know what to do, save smile and praise her daughter, which she did. She kissed Allyas little cheeks, loving her gurgle of happiness and smiled brightly, telling her what a smart little girl she was. Allya ate the attention up and laughed and patted her mothers cheeks and cooed.

Armand, crept over closer and sniffed, wondering what was going on. When he heard the word Allya spoke, his ears twitched and he barked, shifting to human a moment and trying it out for himself.*

(Armand) m-mm-mmm-MA! *he muttered, looking up at his mother expectantly. He wasn't disappointed, for Rebecca seeing Armand change form and speak as well...well...she was in shock. She scooped him up and hugged him close, cuddling him as a boy instead of a wolf and covered him in kisses too. He laughed and squirmed, before phasing back to wolf and licked his mothers face. Only Rhaegal, hadn't said anything...he sat watching, his ears twitching as if listening before he did something that really shook Rebecca up but made her proud at the same time. Not to be outdone by either of his siblings, Rhaegal shifted back to human, only long enough to blurt out in his tiny voice*

(Rhaegal) Ma-Ma! *He gave a smile that said he had done good and shifted back to wolf, waddling over to get his hugs and kisses from his mother.

Her wee ones were growing up, no doubt about it. Soon, they would be running all over the cabin and the surrounding woods.*
